JKBoPEE Provisional Selection List of Candidates for Admission to B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses in Govt./Private Colleges of J&K after 2nd Round of up-gradation / allotment of seats.
Subject: Provisional Select list of candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses in Government/ Private Colleges of J&K after ed Round of up-gradation / allotment of seats. Reference: i. Notification No.058-BOPEE of 2020 dated 07.12.2020. ii. Notification No.061-BOPEE of 2020 dated 18.12.2020. iii F.No.1-6(LT)-2020-INC dated 24.12.2020. iv. Notice No.006-BOPEE of 2021 dated 08.01.2021. v. Order No.012-BOPEE of 2021 dated 16.01.2021. vi. Notice No.010-BOPEE of 2021 dated 19.01.2021. vii. Notice No.012-BOPEE of 2021 dated 21.01.2021. Notification No. 018-BOPEE of 2021 Dated: 07-02-2021. Consequent upon the conduct of first round of physical counselling for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses in Government/ Private Colleges of J&K, and subsequent receipt of shortfall from the said Institutions, the Board vide Notice No. 010-BOPEE of 2021 dated 19.01.2021 conducted the second round of up-gradation/ allotment counselling (physical) from 22.01.2021 to 07.02.2021 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu simultaneously.
The candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been up-graded/ allotted seat / college as per their merit cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical/B.Sc. Technology Courses in Government/ Private Colleges of UT of ]&K as per the list annexed as annexure “A” to this Notification which is available on website of the Board (www.ikbopee.gov.in) only. The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted College/Institutions w.e.f. 08-02-2021 to 13-02-2021 (3.00 PM) along with the following documents:- 1. Date of Birth Certificate 2. Marks Card of 10+2 with (PCB) 3. Domicile Certificate 4. Category Certificate, if any 5. Any other Certificate/document required by the Colleges / Institutions Authorities. |t It shall be sole responsibility of the Colleges/ Institutions to ensure proper check and verification of documents before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents, the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action as warranted under rules.
The candidates allotted Government/ Private Colleges/ Institutions in accordance with their preferences and in order of merit shall have to join against their allotted seat(s) up to 13th Feb.2021 positively and in case any candidate fails to join his/ her allotted seats shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent round of counselling, if any, conducted by the Board under any circumstances. In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date i.e. (13-)2-2021) the colleges/ Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holiday/ off days. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities as such delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
The Heads of the Colleges/ Institutions are advised to release/ refund the documents and fee of such candidates who have been up-graded to enable them to join in the up-graded College/ Course within the prescribed time.
