• Dated: 09-03-2021.
In pursuance of notification No.031-BOPEE of 2021 dated 02-03-2021, the third round of physical counselling was conducted on 08-03-2021 and 09-03-2021 for unfilled
seats and the vacant seats received as shortfall from Govt. / Private Colleges in respect of
BAMS/BUMS/BPT courses-2020.
The list of provisionally selected candidates through up-
gradation /allotment is given in Annexure “A” to this notification, which shall, however, be
available on the BOPEE website.www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates shall join the upgraded/ allotted Colleges upto 17-03-2021 (04.00 PM).
The Heads of Institutions are advised to operate the waiting list given as Annexure “B” to this Notification on 18-03-2021
upto 04:00 P.M and report the status of admissions and furnish the shortfall of seats, if any,
The colleges shall keep the admission counters open on all days including holidays
w.e.f 10-03-2021 to 18-03-2021 to facilitate the candidates for taking admission in their
allotted/ upgraded colleges without any difficulty.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the e-Information Brochure of NEET UG-2020 and in the notifications/ notices issued by the Board from time to time on the subject.
Note:-1. The admission of candidates is purely provisional and shall be liable to be cancelled
in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/ fabricated,
and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate (s).
2. The Heads of Colleges are advised to release the documents and fee to the
candidates who have been upgraded during this round of counseling without
wasting their time to enable them to report to the upgraded college by or before 17-03-2021.
on 18-03-2021 up to 05.00 pm.
