Help Foundation in collaboration with the Kashmir Education Initiative, (KEI,USA-a non-profit, non-political, educational organization) is inviting application from students belonging to the Kashmir province for its International Bridge Program

Scholarship (IBSP) for Post Graduate courses asperthe criter ia givenbelow. The scholarship is aimed at helping outstanding students from Kashmir who have limited means of financing their studies and who have bcen accepted into an approved program in a reputable university, outside of India, preferably in the US or the UK.
