JKBOSE | Extension schedule for submission exam forms for Class 10th & 12th Annual (Private) / Bi-Annual 2020-2021 Examinations pertaining to KASHMIR DIVISION including Tehsil Gurez, Karnah, Keran, Machil & Tangdar [excluding District Kargil]
Subject:- Extension Schedule for submission of Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments of Class 10th and 12th for Annual (Private)/ Bi-Annual, 2020-2021 Examinations pertaining to Kashmir Division, including Tehsil Gurez, Keran, Karnah, Machil, Tangdar (excluding District Kargil).
In order to safeguard the academicinterests of the candidates pertaining to Kashmir Division, including Tehsil Gurez, Keran, Karnah, Machil andTangdar (excluding District Kargil), who could not submit the Permission-cum-Admission Forms and Statement of Enrollments concern- ing Secondary School (Class 10th), and Higher Secondary Part-1l (Class 12th) for Annual (Private)/ Bi-Annual, 2020-2021 Examinations, as the case may be,
it is hereby notified for information of all the concerned (eligible reappear/failure candidates of Annual/Regular, 2020), that the last date for submission of the same is hereby extended upto 2nd June, 2021 (inclusive of preparation days) with a late fee of
Rs.1,800/- (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred only) For candidate, in addition to normal prescribed fee.
Further, the eligible candidates, pertaining to Kashmir
Division excluding Tehsil Gurez, Keran, Karnah, Machil, Tangdar and District Kargil,
who couldn’t submit their PCA Forms vide Notification pearing No.F(JSR/E/R.RR/PCA/10-11-12)KD/21, dated. 24th April, 2021, shall be
allowed to submit the same for Class 10th/ 11th/ and 12th, as the case may be, for Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual, 2020-2021 Examinations, witha late fee of Rs.2,300/- for PCA Forms (and Rs.300/- for Renewal Registration Returns, wherever applicable), in addition to the normal Prescribed fee, by or before 2nd June, 2021.
Issued, in continuation to Notification bearing No. F(JSR/E/R.RR/PCA/ 10-11-12)KD/21, dated. 24thApril 2021.
All concerned are advised to deposit the related forms/fee in the respective District/ Tehsil Offices of the BOSE within the prescribed last date
and no aim, whatsoever, shall be accepted afterwards, as the dates are inclusive of preparation days and no further days for preparation shall be given.
Rest of the terms and conditions, as envisaged in the main notifications shall remain unaltered.
