Now, therefore, in 1st Phase Document Verification the candidates shown in

Annexure “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “F” and “G” to this notification are hereby informed

to submit their requisite self-attested document(s) in a PDF format w.e.f 20-05-2021

to 31-05-2021 through the link provided on the official website of the Board i.e www.jkssb.nic.in.

The candidate can log through the link by entering their Roll Number and the password shown on their Admit Card, failing which no claim in

this regard shall be entertained at later stage and he/she shall forfeit his/her claim for the said post.

i. The said candidates are required to submit the scanned copies of the following documents in a PDF form i.e.

D.O.B Certificate.
Caste/ Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
Migrant Certificate issued by Relief & Rehabilitation Commissioner.
Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
• Migrant Certificate.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Other documents as per the advertisement notice.
• Order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification.
Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller /Registrar of the concerned University in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the

Universities/ Colleges outside the State of J&K, other than Central

Universities.

ii. Some candidates are figuring in reserved categories, based on the details they

have incorporated in their data i.e online application form. Their respective

claims on this account are further subject to production of valid reserve

category certificate

iii. The Board may call candidates from amongst the shortlisted candidates for

Documents Verification in 2nd phase, keeping in view requirement and other

relevant aspects. The notification for which shall be issued separately.
