Shan-e-Ramzan Programme organized at Bandipora

Bandipora, May 04: Binnat-ul-Momaineen- a religious seminary for girls in Gamroo village of Bandipora district on Tuesday organised a day-long prayer meet to pray for the affected persons of covid-19 across the globe and prayed for divine intervention of God to end the pandemic.

The program was attended by about 50 female students of the seminary school including parents of the students. The main objective of the program was to offer special prayers to bow before God and seek mercy and divine help to get rid from this deadly Covid-19 virus.

Many speakers on the occasion spoke about pandemic and urged the people to take precautions as advised by the health experts. They said it is the duty of the muslims to take precautions as it has been mentioned by the Prophet Mohammad (SAW) in case of pandemics.

Speakers said besides the worldly medical precautions, we need to seek divine intervention by repenting to the sins being committed by us.

A Majlisi-Shab-khani was also organised wherein students prayed for the peace of humanity.
