Subject: Advertisement for engagement on contractual basis in Jammu Smart City Limited.

 

 

Applications are invited by Jammu Smart City Limited for the below shown posts for engagement of services under office of Jammu Smart City Limited. The engagement of services will be on contractual basis which is initially for a period of year with a provision for extending year by year. Details like qualifications, remuneration, type of engagement are shown below.

General Manager Urban Planner

Deputy General Manager Administration

 

Number of Posts: 2 (one in each)

 

Mode of Recruitment: Contractual

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Qualification

 

1) For General Manager Urban Planner

Candidate should be Graduate in Architecture or Urban planning from a recognized institute or university.

Should have done his Masters in Architecture or Urban planning from a recognized institute/university.

 

 

2) For Deputy General Manager Administration

Candidate needs to have Bachelor’s in any discipline from recognized university.

MBA/Post-Graduate Diploma in Management in Human Resources Management or Personnel Management.

 

Experience

1) For General Manager Urban Planner

Candidate needs to have 12 years of exp. in preparation of urban area planning or master plans.

Should have exp. of review of Architecture and Urban designs.

Candidate should have exp. of review of plans and designs prepared by consultants.

Should have exp in public consultants.

Should have exp of preparing high quality reports and plans.

 

2) For Deputy General Manager Administration

Candidate should have 10 years of relevant exp in Human Resources in Human Resources Management/Administration.

Should have knowledge on General Administration supervising ability/coordinating between Departments/Sectors.

Experienced candidates will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

 

 

1) For General Manager Urban Planner

 

Marks for fulfilling minimum qualification – 15 (max)

For Additional qualification – 5 for each qualification – 15 (max)

For having experience – 25 (max – 2 for each year)

For Having experience in Smart City Mission – 15 (max – 5 for each year)

Interview – 30 marks

 

2) For Deputy General Manager Administration

 

Marks for fulfilling minimum qualification – 15 (max)

For Additional qualification – 5 for each qualification – 15 (max)

For having experience – 20 (2 for each year)

For Having experience in Smart City Mission – 15 (max – 5 for each year)Interview – 30 marks
