INTERVIEW NOTIFICATION

This is for information of all the concerned who had applied for the posts of Lab Technician, Allophatic Phamacist and MMPHW/FMPHW under Emergency COVID Response Package in response to this office Notification No: CMO/NHM/SGR/19-20/21-22/143 dated:- 22/05/2021, are hereby called for interview scheduled to be held on 26/06/2021 from 10:30 AM onwards, in office of the Chairman, District Health society/District Development commisioner Sgr.

‎Terms & Conditions:-

‎1.The candidates are requested to report at venue one hour prior to the Interview.

‎2.The Candidates are advised to keep their original documents along failing which they will not be

‎allowed to appear in the interview.

‎3.No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview.

‎4.The candidates shall forfeit his/her claim to the post if at any stage during the selection process it is

‎found that he/she has misrepresented information or produced invalid documents.
