“Even AIIMS Director, Dr. Guleria has advocated the graded opening of schools in a balanced manner as the number of COVID cases has declined significantly. Moreover, this cooling period must be utilized to upgrade infrastructure in hospitals apart from building up oxygen Generation capacity in all major hospitals to the fullest,” he said.
