JKBOPEE Fresh Provisional Selection List for admission to various courses 2022
Provisional Selection List of candidates upgraded/allotted seats during Mop-Up round of counseling for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses 2022, (including NRI & HM seats of ASCOMS).
Pursuant to notification No. 090-BOPEE of 2022 dated 22-11-2022, the Mop-Up round of counseling (Physical) has been conducted on 26-11-2022 and the list of candidates who have been provisionally upgraded/allotted seats in Government Medical Colleges/institutions for admission to MD/MS & PG Diploma Courses-2022 including the seats under Non Resident of India (NRI) & Hindu Minority (HM) Quota for ASCOMS is hereby notified as per the Annexure “A” to this notification which shall be available on the website of BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in only. It is further notified that
1. The candidates provisionally up-graded/selected shall have to report to the allotted colleges/institutions upto 29th November, 2022 (till 4.00 P.M.) along with all documents/certificates as required by the college authorities. The concerned Colleges / Institutions shall ensure proper check and verification of all the requisite documents.
2. The provisionally selected / upgraded candidates have to necessarily join the allotted
College/Institution. Non-joining of the candidate(s) will attract the provisions of SRO-48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018 which has also been notified from time to time by the Board.
3. The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions are advised to keep their admission counters
open even on holidays/Sundays for facilitation of the candidates to complete their admission formalities within the prescribed cutoff date (29-11-2022) as also provided in the NMC (formally MCI) Regulations.
4. The Colleges shall forward the shortfall, if any, on 29-11-2022 upto 5.00 P.M. positively through email:[email protected] / [email protected] /
[email protected] and shall ensure that list of admitted candidates shall be error free
